"Product and selection was good. I was forced with having to pay shipping vs being able to pick up at the store. I was told their inventory was high and they couldn’t fit it in their back room. Because of what they did, I had to pay an extra $100 to have a mattress delivered by the manager. Not very good customer service."

"I walked through the entire store twice. I saw one salesman helping another customer. I could not find a salesperson to help me. I saw a lady working at a desk in the back and asked if there were any other salesman. She found someone for me immediately. Once the man arrived it was all perfect. He was very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Great experience over all"

"Poor quality furniture at expensive prices. Not really a discount store.Paid $300 for white glove delivery. The delivery personnel did not even wear shoe covers. They damaged the sofa did and left quietly the 1st time.Complained was offered a replacement with quality check before shipping. The box fell off the steps into their truck due their handling. After this they dumped the back rest part with metal sticking out on the seat during assembly and ripped the leather. They refused to take it back, like they’re supposed to as per their policy of delivery rejection.They charge $300 for unprofessional rough handling delivery personnel who are incapable of handling heavy furniture. White glove delivery treating your furniture like trash in a dump-yard.As for the promised quality check there were multiple punctures and tears around stitches. Uneven headrest, inconsistent pattern holes, threads hanging out everywhere. It even had rust, tomato sauce, grime stuck on the leather.Avoid this place for peace of mind."

"I’ve never reviewed a furniture store before but this time it’s worth it. Bob’s is really a fantastic place for furniture! So many great options. Great deals. Quality finds. We searched the area for a new couch - checked every place locally - and Bob’s was the best hands down. Staff there were busy making sure the customer experience is excellent. Store was clean, displays were immaculate, and the drink/ice cream stationed was a great feature (especially for kids!) If you’re looking for new furniture, definitely go to Bob’s and ask for Dana. He did an excellent job helping us find our perfect new couch without being pushy or irritating. He set everything up, explained all the things (prices, delivery, etc.), and respected our time. Highly recommend!!"

"Very glad we found Bob's! We were looking for a rocking recliner to go in our nursery. We needed a small recliner to fit the room. Thanks to Bob's nicely done website, we didn't have to shop anywhere else!Our salesperson, Dana, did a great job facilitating our purchase when we visited the showroom. He helped us feel welcome and led us through the whole process with ease.Initially we scheduled a delivery, but it didn't work schedule-wise, so they refunded the very reasonable delivery fee and I went to pick up the chair at their store. They have evening hours, for which I was grateful!The staff that were present helped load it up and I was on my way!As for the chair, it was a very reasonable price for a sturdy little recliner. I bought a cheap recliner rocker before from another store that turned out to be flimsy and wear down quickly. This one is very comfortable and seems well put together! We recommend the Brady Glider Recliner if you're looking for something smallish and comfy!"
